The Lagoon 420 represents easy live aboard comfort and quality craftsmanship throughout this good looking boat. She is designed to be ultra-spacious as well as very efficient and safe under sail, with all lines leading back to the helm. Fully blue water equipped, well maintained, and a very clean boat.
The 420's interior is fitted out with Lagoon's light-colored woodwork. This boat is an owner's version with three staterooms with two double guest cabins in starboard hull, and the entire Port hull dedicated as the owner's suite. She features 4 air handlers - Air conditioning/Heating and dehumidifier, and 3 heads with 3 showers! Twin Yanmar 40 HP engines, low hours: 1565. Onan 21.5 KVA generator and air conditioning.
The Lagoon 420 has a very open and well ventilated cockpit compared to other cats. Her high Bimini allows one to walk straight in from anywhere on the boat without crouching or crawling under the side. When at the helm station it is possible to interact with guests and family in the cockpit.

Additional DetailsGeneral Information
This boat has never been chartered and has had just 2 owners. S/V Pairadice was sailed by the owner and crew from Florida to California via the Panama Canal.
This is a hard to find Owners Version which has 3 cabins and 3 baths. She features a dedicated owner's suite in the port hull with private head and shower, berth with new queen bed, sitting and dressing area and privacy door that locks.
The Lagoon design is desirable for its open spaces and vertical windows for maximum panoramic views. The salon has been custom built for maximum storage and seating. All new cushions. The salon and cockpit areas can have multiple size tables for dining, small settings or coffee table. Lots of room for adventurous family. Access into the saloon from the cockpit through a sliding glass door on the same level. The Salon easily communicates directly with the cockpit through a sliding glass window and a bar. The galley opens directly on the cockpit, it is the most social and practical area, fully equipped with numerous lockers.
New and upgraded navigation and chart plotters with AIS have been installed inside salon for monitoring while cruising and a larger monitor at the helm. New radar and satellite phone for blue water sailing. All systems have been well maintained and upgraded where needed.
Light is key on the Lagoon 420 with vertical saloon and large hull windows making all areas bright and inviting. The helm station provides practical and comfortable space for two - and a rigid bimini top covers the cockpit and helm.
LARGE HULLS PROVIDE VERY STABLE CRUISING AND SAFETY FOR YOUR FAMILY AS WELL AS MUCH LARGER LIVING SPACE. Pairadice is ready for another adventure.
