About this Boat
Amritha is a lovingly maintained owner’s configuration, 2010 Lagoon 400, looking for a new family. From the moment you walk up her custom 10’ carbon fiber gangway, you’ll feel right at home, and be itching to cast off the dock lines! A beautiful teak cockpit floor welcomes your family and guests. With her sliding door and galley window open, the crew can socialize whether in the saloon or cockpit. In the galley, a Vitifrigo refrigerator and separate Vitifrigo freezer ensure that there will be plenty of space for food and drinks to keep the crew happy.
Amritha carries a full-size dining table and smaller cocktail table which can be swapped between the saloon and cockpit. With three sets of table legs (two tall and one short), the tables can be raised or lowered as desired. Using the shorter legs with the dining table, either the saloon sofa or cockpit can be converted into a large queen berth.
While in the marina or at anchor, the crew will enjoy the 42” flat-screen TV which is mounted on a swivel arm, allowing it to be angled for ideal viewing – even from the cockpit!
Down the stairs into the starboard hull, the owner’s suite features a queen size berth and tons of storage, including a large, full length wardrobe. The owner’s electric head can be switched from sea to fresh water with the touch of a button, and the large walk-in shower, with automatic float switch, provides either a soothing start or end to the day.
The port hull is home to two state rooms, each with their own head and shower. Aft, a queen size guest berth provides a place for guests to relax. The forward cabin, with its own head and shower, features a berth that can used as either two single berths, or a full berth with the addition of a wedge.
Off the dock, Amritha’s main sail and genoa are in great condition, and the Raymarine electronics and radar will give the captain piece of mind. Shorthanded sailing is a breeze with all lines leading to the helm. In fact, there’s no reason to leave the helm — even when reefing. On a downwind run, Amritha’s asymmetrical spinnaker, affectionally known as “Bob Marley”, will make sure to keep the good vibes flowing. And once back in the slip, her full batten, square top mainsail is easily packed away in her new, custom-made stack-pack sail bag. And if you’re heading for cooler sailing grounds, you’ll appreciate her Espar heating system, that even heats the fully enclosed cockpit.
Amritha most recently made a trip up the Napa river in April 2018 for new bottom paint, new batteries throughout, and servicing on both 40 Hp Yanmar engines and sail drives. In addition, to accommodate those modern crews that need more power while on the dock, separate 30 Amp outlets were added to each hull to easily accommodate blow dryers, space heaters, or other high power conveniences.
